Ingredients

• 1/4 c soy oil
• 1 lb marshmallows (about 70 large)
• 2 c textured soy protein (Tsp)
• 3 c crispy rice cereal

Directions

1. In a large saucepan combine oil and marshmallows. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted.
2. Remove from heat. Add TSP, stir until well-mixed.
3. In a large bowl, combine cereal and marshmallow mixture. Mix unti thoroughly combined.
4. Press mixture into a 9-inch square baking pan. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
