Crispy Rice Cereal Bars
Ingredients
- 1/4 c soy oil
- 1 lb marshmallows (about 70 large)
- 2 c textured soy protein (Tsp)
- 3 c crispy rice cereal
Directions
- In a large saucepan combine oil and marshmallows. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted.
- Remove from heat. Add TSP, stir until well-mixed.
- In a large bowl, combine cereal and marshmallow mixture. Mix unti thoroughly combined.
- Press mixture into a 9-inch square baking pan. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Yield
16 bars.
