All About Soy
Spicy Sweet Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 16 ounces sweet beans, cooked, drained
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- ¼ cup low fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
Directions
Puree beans in a food processor. Add all remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Chill. Serve with fresh vegetables or chips.

14 servings. Serving size: 1/4 cup
