Dill Spread

Ingredients

  • 8 oz tofu
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp tarragon
  • 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Crumble tofu and mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix together well. If desired, thin with a little water.
