Ingredients
- 1 (12.3 oz) package silken tofu
- 1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Tbs snipped fresh chives or 1 tsp dried
Directions
- Combine tofu, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and salt in a food processor or blender. Process until completely smooth, scraping sides as necessary.
- Add chives. Process until thoroughly combined, about 30 seconds.
- Adjust seasonings if necessary.
