Ingredients
- 1 pkg (10.5 oz) silken tofu
- 1 Tbs nonfat mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp Tabasco
- 4 oz (1 cup) Cheddar-style soy cheese, grated
- Small bread slices, such as cocktail rye
Directions
- Whirl the tofu, mayonnaise, Worchestershire sauce, garlic powder and Tabasco in a blender until smooth.
- Add the Cheddar-style soy cheese and whirl until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.
- Spread the cheese topping onto bread and place on a baking sheet. Broil 4 to 5 minutes, until starting to brown.
